Jessica Kurtz is the Global Product Ambassador for Reviewpro Reputation at Shiji, where she works closely with hotel groups worldwide to help them turn guest feedback and benchmark insights into actionable performance improvements.In her role, Jessica connects product strategy, guest experience data, and real hotel use cases, supporting teams across commercial, operations, and customer success. She regularly collaborates with hoteliers to analyze reputation performance trends and identify where guest satisfaction drives competitive advantage.Jessica is a frequent speaker at international hospitality events and brings a global perspective to guest experience benchmarking and reputation management.
Bruno Saragat
Sales Engineer, Shiji
With 11 years of experience in the hotel industry, Bruno Saragat has excelled as both a CRM Manager and Revenue Manager. During his tenure, he successfully implemented the Shiji ReviewPro solution for a hotel group, which led to his current role as a Sales Engineer at Shiji. In this position, he focuses on Reviewpro Reputation and Daylight PMS.
Bruno holds a PhD in Human Biology and Biochemistry, along with master’s degrees in Hospitality Administration, Revenue Management, and Product Management.
