Shiji launches Booking Studio, a customizable direct booking engine built for hotel websites

A new PMS-native booking platform gives hotels full control over their branded booking experience, with real-time availability, pricing, and reservations powered directly by Daylight PMS

Berlin, Germany, febrero 23, 2026 – Shiji, the global hospitality technology leader, today announced the launch of Booking Studio, a new direct booking engine within its Stellaris Digital portfolio. Designed specifically for hotels, Booking Studio enables properties to design, control, and optimize their entire booking journey while remaining seamlessly connected to Daylight PMS in real time, without third-party APIs or synchronization delays.  

As hotels increasingly prioritize direct bookings and brand differentiation, many continue to face challenges caused by fragmented tools, limited customization, and delayed data synchronization. Booking Studio addresses these issues by providing hotels with a single, centralized studio to manage what guests see, book, and buy, from room types and rate plans to promotions, add-ons, and booking rules, all configured directly within Daylight PMS.

More than a traditional booking engine, Booking Studio serves as a creative space where hotels can build on-brand booking experiences that reflect their identity across every digital touchpoint. Its modular, embeddable components integrate seamlessly into hotel websites, supporting multiple entry points and flexible booking flows, including multi-room bookings with different room types and rate plans.  

Because reservations are created natively within Daylight PMS, hotels benefit from real-time availability and pricing, greater operational reliability, and increased confidence across teams. Instant updates eliminate the risk of inconsistencies between systems, helping hotels maximize conversion while maintaining full control over inventory and booking rules.
