With the implementation of Shiji’s Infrasys POS, Suncani Hvar Hotels has unified order management, invoicing, payment processing, and reporting across nine properties. The cloud-based platform provides a consistent operational framework while allowing individual outlets to maintain the flexibility required to deliver unique guest experiences.

The project formed part of a broader modernization initiative aimed at replacing legacy systems and creating a more connected operational environment. By adopting a hospitality-focused POS platform built for enterprise-scale operations, Suncani Hvar Hotels has strengthened its ability to manage performance across properties while simplifying daily workflows for on-property teams.
